Made from Nerello Calabrese grapes grown with a low yield per vine in our vineyards. Careful vinification and moderate aging in barriques make this an elegant wine, with a deep ruby ​​color and a spicy, floral aroma. The flavor is full, velvety, and persistent. It is recommended to aerate the wine before tasting. Best served at a temperature between 18 and 20 degrees Celsius, it pairs perfectly with rich first courses and red meat and roast main courses.
