Tax documentation
Unless otherwise stated, the goods travel accompanied by:
- tax document, if the transaction amount is less than 1,000.00 euros
- invoice, if the transaction amount is equal to or greater than 1,000.00 euros and the customer is a consumer (i.e. a private user)
- invoice with separate VAT, if the customer has a VAT number.
The shipping information provided by customers at the time of ordering is reflected in the documents cited above. We therefore invite you to carefully check the address and all other fields for errors or omissions. We also encourage you to include your telephone number: it is often sufficient to quickly resolve a problem.
Shipping times
The goods ready for delivery It is usually shipped within one business day. In some special cases, it may take longer (never more than three days) for packaging and shipping. For items that are not in stock, delivery times are determined based on supplier availability.
If, at the time of ordering, the goods are unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you and resolve the issue as best we can, doing our best to accommodate you.
Shipping times for goods on request are approximately 15 or 20 working days; due to this tolerance, we invite you to read the conditions carefully and contact us before purchasing. This way you will be able to check the delivery date of the goods marked as On request.
Conditions
THE'minimum order is 30.00 euros; it is therefore not possible to place orders of a lower amount.

It is not possible to book or arrange a delivery date with the courier. For birthdays, anniversaries, or specific needs, it is always a good idea to contact us to arrange the day of departure of the goods.
After two delivery attempts The courier has the obligation to contact us to possibly request a third attempt or a delivery by appointment. These decisions will be up to the company, which reserves the right to evaluate any liability. by the courier or the customer, for non-delivery of the goods, through any legal action.
All requests for changes such as: change of address, holding of deposit in branch, requests for holding point carried out after the departure of the goods, or failure to pay the fee Upon delivery, these changes may cause delays of at least 24 hours. For gift orders For orders placed on our website, we always recommend notifying the recipient in advance (at least on the day of delivery), especially if the destination is a public building such as a barracks, hospital, or government office. Upon request, we can contact the recipient on the day of delivery. Furthermore, please note that once delivery has taken place, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the gift has been delivered to the intended recipient, so that we can promptly notify them of any thefts or anomalies.

The couriers currently used are BRT for shipments within Italy and DPD for shipments within Europe.
We do not ship to the province of Vibo Valentia..
Checking the condition of the goods
It is your responsibility to ensure that the package is intact and compliant with standard specifications upon delivery, so please check the condition of the packaging.
Also check that the number of packages indicated in the email and on the waybill actually corresponds to the number of packages delivered.
If you find any anomalies or suspect damage due to transport, sign the courier's document adding (in addition to your signature) the wording I accept with reservation, specifying the reasons. Also email us photos or videos of the damaged packaging.
If you are unable to accept with reservation, you must reject the damaged goods: without a written reservation, you will not be able to claim damages or shortages.
