A full-bodied wine made from a selection of Gaglioppo grapes, rigorously hand-picked from the historic Cirò vineyards, trained using the alberello system. With a deep ruby ​​red color, it undergoes maceration for approximately four days following a gentle pressing and is then aged for 18 months in large barrels. It ages for another six months in barriques before bottling. Pair with roasts, stews, game, and cheeses.
