Cirò, an intense ruby ​​red tending towards garnet, with aromas of berries and floral notes of roses, presents a pleasant alcohol content and a range of spicy notes on the palate. Made from hand-picked Gaglioppo grapes, after three years of aging, it undergoes a further six months of maturation in barriques and then in bottle. It pairs well with meat and vegetable dishes. It's also worth trying with a very mature caciocavallo cheese.
