The Gaglioppo dell'Arcano Riserva attains noble status over a long period of time. The grapes are harvested strictly by hand and grown with a small yield per vine in our "Corfu Vecchiu" vineyard in Cirò. Careful vinification and meticulous aging, first in stainless steel, then in barriques, followed by two years in medium-sized barrels, yield a wine with a deep, radiant red color, a spicy aroma, and a full, smooth, and balanced flavor. The meticulous production process is expressed in the elegance and balance of a wine that pairs well with Mediterranean first courses, meat-based main courses, and roasts. Best served at a temperature between 18 and 20 degrees Celsius.

It must be oxygenated before tasting.
