Rosato wine - Bardolino DOC Chiaretto Classico Val dei Molini - Cantina di Custoza - 75cl

A DOC wine with a delicate, fruity aroma, a pale pink color, and a fresh, persistent flavor. Made from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes and aged in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for three months, it pairs beautifully with cured meats, pizza, pasta dishes in general, ravioli, cheese canapés, fish soups, and grilled fish. Serve at 9-10°C in medium-sized tulip glasses to allow for adequate oxygenation and the development of its aromas.
