White wine pecorello ginestra white igt zito

Obtained from the white vinification of Pecorello Bianco grapes, delicately destemmed and softly pressed to avoid damaging the berries, with subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature of around 16°C to preserve the aromas and flavours, this is how we obtain the Pecorello white wine.

Excellent with appetizers, fish, fresh and delicate cheeses.
