Straw yellow in color with golden highlights, an elegant and refined aroma, and a complex and fresh flavor, Doride Bianco DOC is made from organically grown Greco grapes. It reaches the bottle after initial aging in stainless steel followed by a second in barrique, revealing a dense, rich structure and a long, persistent finish. Ideal with fish and white meat dishes, it pairs particularly well with tarts and dried fruit.
