Made from Greco Bianco grapes, an ancient cultivar that dates back to the Magna Graecia era. Strictly hand-selected and harvested, followed by meticulous vinification, allow this ancient grape variety to express its distinctive aromas, flavors, and colors. Best served at a temperature between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius, it pairs perfectly with risotto, white meats, or fish.
