Alce Nero organic oil tarallini are made with organic soft wheat grown in Italy and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, produced from olives sourced from our Italian olive growers.

Our tarallino is made according to a traditional recipe and is the result of a special production process that involves two cooking stages: first boiling in water and then baking in the oven. This makes them so crunchy and fragrant, even without yeast.
