The soppressata of Calabria D.O.P. is the typical cured meat of the Calabrian gastronomic tradition obtained from the processing of premium cuts of pork (ham and shoulder). A product aged for 45 days and stuffed into natural casings tied by hand, offered here in a 350 g portion for a D.O.P. with a truly unmistakable flavour.
