A Calabrian specialty made from the freshest small and medium-sized sardines, rigorously hand-cured according to tradition with salt, chili pepper, and herbs, and left to cure for at least seven months. A unique and inimitable product, typical of the Calabrian province of Crotone, particularly the Crucoli area, excellent on bread and crostini, as well as on pizza and focaccia. Available in mild, spicy, and super spicy versions.
