Anchovies caught in FAO area 37, gutted and processed fresh by hand before being salted using one of the oldest preservation techniques. The ideal product to enhance appetizers and fish-based main courses, and is also delicious added to pizza at the end of cooking. We recommend rinsing the anchovies under running water and carefully removing the central bone before eating.
