By combining icefish with chili pepper and extra virgin olive oil, "Biancomangiare piccante" is created. This reinterpretation of the well-known Calabrian sardella or rosamarina, a traditional dish originally made with marinated baby bluefish, is a reinterpretation of the traditional Calabrian dish. Considered a seafood cousin of Spilinga's 'nduja, it's excellent spread on bread and crostini, but also as an ingredient to flavor sauces and gravies.
INGREDIENTS: Icefish 60% (Neosalanx Tanggkaeii), chili pepper, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, salt. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
