Dried Nduja from Spilinga which becomes powder or “Cloud” of nduja... a crunchiness and a unique and precious flavor.. It is the 100x100 Calabrian chili pepper seasoned for about 4/6 months inside the nduja, absorbing all the flavors, colors and aromas of our typical product of excellence.
