Biological dry lentils 400 gr - Alce Nero

Alce Nero lentils are organic and Italian. Before using them, we recommend soaking the lentils in cold water for 6 hours, changing the water at least once. To help soften the skins, add salt at the end of cooking.

Alce Nero lentils are ideal for preparing soups, purees and broths.
