These rounded, white beans are grown on the Poro Plateau in the province of Vibo Valentia, in particular microclimatic conditions that give the final product significantly superior organoleptic qualities compared to other bean varieties. Their particularly creamy, almost buttery consistency once cooked makes them ideal for soups, broths, and pureed soups. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. We recommend soaking them for six hours before cooking, preferably in a terracotta container.
