Guanciale with chilli monte poro pepper - 500g ca

This exquisite guanciale (guanciale) is made from pork cheeks, characterized by veins of lean meat alternating with layers of premium fat, distinct from that of lard and pancetta. Peppercorns and chopped Monte Poro chili pepper lend the spicy flavor—a perfect match for traditional pasta alla carbonara and amatriciana. Once the rind is removed, it's also excellent on its own with slices of fresh or toasted bread.
