Epic - fresh pecorino cheese - Borgo dei Vinci - half shape 300 gr

Epico pecorino cheese is made with milk selected daily from pasture-raised farms on Monte Poro. It features a distinctive basket-like rind, a smooth, straw-yellow texture, and a slightly spicy flavor. We recommend pairing it with onion mousse or chili pepper jam.

It is excellent both as an appetizer based on typical Calabrian products, such as cured meats, crushed olives, dried tomatoes, pickles, or as a finishing touch to a meal.

Note: It is recommended to open the product a few hours before consumption, so that it can oxygenate and therefore acquire its original flavour.
