Made from hand-picked Gaglioppo grapes from our vineyards and obtained using the Martinotti-Charmat method. Fresh, with hints of berries and a fine, persistent perlage. Its vivacity, freshness, and smoothness make it suitable as an aperitif and pairs well with appetizers, Mediterranean first courses, and rich fish main courses. Best served at 6-8 degrees Celsius.
