Compote - Tropea Red Onion Compote I.G.P. - Callipo - 280g

This compote is made with the Tropea PGI red onion, renowned for its particular sweetness and high digestibility.

Excellent on crostini, canapés, toasted bread slices, fresh and mature cheeses, roast meats and is delicious served with fish such as mackerel fillets or tuna steak.

INGREDIENTS: Tropea PGI red onion (51%), sugar, water, wine vinegar, elderberry juice, gelling agent: fruit pectin, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid, bay leaves. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within a few days.
