Calabrian spicy mixed cheese of the Campagnolo - Fattoria della Piana - 280 gr ca

Cow's and sheep's milk cheese with red chili pepper, made from whole cow's and sheep's milk, with a soft rind and a white paste characterized by a few holes. Aged for a minimum of sixty days, it's excellent as an appetizer featuring typical Calabrian products such as cured meats, crushed olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and pickled vegetables, or as a finishing touch to a meal.

ORIGIN OF MILK: ITALY

Note: It is recommended to open the product a few hours before consumption, so that it can oxygenate and therefore acquire its original flavour.
