Calabrian Mixed Calabrian cheese - Piana Farm - 230 gr Ca

A cow's and sheep's milk cheese made from whole cow's and sheep's milk, it has a soft rind and a white texture with small holes. Aged for a minimum of sixty days, it's excellent as an appetizer featuring typical Calabrian products such as cured meats, crushed olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and pickled vegetables, or as a finishing touch to a meal.

ORIGIN OF MILK: ITALY

Note: It is recommended to open the product a few hours before consumption, so that it can oxygenate and therefore acquire its original flavour.
