Cured meat made from Italian pork tenderloin. The Salumi del Sole branded sweet, cured fillet, as per specifications, is aged for a minimum of 20-30 days and is perfect both thinly sliced and cubed.
INGREDIENTS: pork fillet, salt, dextrose, sucrose, antioxidant E300, preservative E252-E250, vegetable fibre (bamboo), flavourings.
