This special Alpa extra jam is made from artisanally processed, strictly organic plums, which are pitted one by one, puréed, and finally enriched with cane sugar and grated ginger. With its intense aroma and sweet flavor, it's particularly suited to pairing with aged cheeses, but also as a filling for shortcrust or puff pastry biscuits.
