Amaro - old bitter of the chief mignon - caffe - 5cl

A Calabrian herbal liqueur, the result of an ancient recipe refined over time by the four generations who have succeeded one another at the helm of the Caffo distillery. Made from a careful blend of 29 medicinal herbs, its delicate and aromatic flavor derives primarily from bitter orange, sweet orange, licorice, mandarin, chamomile, and juniper. Best enjoyed chilled, at -20°C (-4°F), in the characteristic Capo glasses to enhance the characteristics of the unique herbs it contains. Also excellent in specialty cocktails.
