Petrus is a richly flavored amaro, the quintessential bitterest because it contains no sugar. This makes it unique in both its recipe and flavor. It's "The bitterest that's good for you."

Petrus bitters are made with many herbs, including Alpinia galangal, Angelica archangelica, Gentian lutea, and many precious spices from around the world.

Petrus is normally enjoyed neat at room temperature, but can also be enjoyed with the addition of ice.
