Amaro - Digestive Képhas - by Petru i 'ntoni - 50cl

A blend of bay leaves, wild fennel, and licorice—Mediterranean herbs known for their digestive properties—is used to create Kephas, a bitter liqueur prepared in Greek Calabria based on a recipe developed by brothers Antonio and Pietro Autelitano. Recommended serving temperature is 12°F (30°C), served very cold after a meal as a thirst-quencher, paired with a splash of tonic water, a slice of lemon, and ice, or with hazelnut ice cream for a delicious affogato.
